We use a wide range of machining techniques to achieve
a product that best suits the requirements of the customer. We make fully
hardened production molds as well as P20 & aluminum prototype molds
and specialty molds. Molds as small as 3-1/2" square, up to 30" X 30" full
frames. We are able to build from part files, prints, or fully designed
layouts. Our CAD - CAM systems accept PFM, GE3, IGES, Parasolids, DXF, and many other
file formats.
We have extended our capabilities to include short run production
of plastic and metal parts as well as specialty electrode machining.
